Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns for refunds. Shipping/customer costs are non refundable. International (outside continental US) orders are final sale. International shipping is available. Please email us for a quote. All purchases of sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, bags, swimwear, intimates, books, magazines and home goods are final sale. No exceptions.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, with receipt, dust bags, tags and/ or boxes. We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
- Before sending out your return/exchange package, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number by email: [email protected]
- Please include your Return Authorization Number (RA#) with your return; please allow up to 3 business days for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made by email. No RA numbers are available via telephone, fax, or mail.
- All returned items must be in their original packaging. You are responsible for securely packing, shipping, and insuring the returned merchandise.
- Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# issued from Black Parrot.
